Today, our team created a list of the top Moon Minecraft Houses we could find and their tutorials for you all to explore and add to your worlds/realms! The moon houses grew in popularity starting from the first build being uploaded to YouTube two years ago by Minecraft Library (the first tutorial). Afterwards, many creators tried to recreate the moon house in their own way and display it on YouTube or TikTok. We hope you enjoy these tutorials!

TL;DR
- building is a bit difficult to follow at first
- very difficult to build in survival
- interior is lovely; not practical for survival
- VERY spacious
- cool aquarium!
This lovely house is created mostly out of quartz, making it difficult to build survival. The interior is not very good for survival mode but can be adjusted as desired. The house is spacious so you can add in any interior design you desire! Also, the aquarium on the right side of the house adds a lovely touch and catches the eye of anyone who walks past it in your realm! Make sure to check out the video so you can add it to your world!
Classic Moon House

TL;DR
- easy to follow tutorial
- difficult to build in survival
- lovely crescent shape
- difficult material collection
This house is easier to make and has a more pleasant crescent. Also, there is more survival-practical interior decorating, complete with an enchanting room, a smelting room, storage, and more. With this in mind, though, it is difficult to collect all the necessary materials to create this lovely moon. To see instructions on how to make this house, check the tutorial below!
Survival Moon House

TL;DR
- easy materials to gather (aside from end rods)
- not difficult in survival mode
- lovely crescent shape
- easy to follow tutorial
- interior, no room for enchantment table
This next moon house is easier to build in survival due to its smaller size. The house is very dreamy looking and eye catching. The hardest materials to collect for this build are the quartz, sea lanterns, and end rods. However, the lanterns can be replaced with redstone lamps or froglight, the quartz can be replaced with white wool, and the end rods could be removed entirely. The shape of the build is also aesthetically pleasing, and the tutorial is easy to follow. As for interior, there is no room for a level thirty enchantment table and the interior decorations aren’t very practical for survival. However, don’t let that get you down! TL;DR
- practical for survival
- easy to follow
- mountain base!
- made of wood
- lovely, practical interior
- looks great with and without shaders
The final moon house, as you can see, is very different from the rest! This build is a wooden moon house inside a mountain. This house is very practical for survival as it is made of mostly wood and has a farm, storage area, and enchanting area. The interior is also aesthetically pleasing, so you can make sure to have a practical and useful base! To add on, the tutorial is very easy to follow and the build looks great with and without shaders! Make sure to check out Pon Dot’s video to support their channel and all their work!
